8th July 2020 - The UK government has announced two policies which will impact a number of our customers:
- VAT rate cut
- “Eat out to help out” vouchers
We are now reviewing any required changes in functionality to ensure a smooth implementation for our customers. We need to digest the technical HMRC documentation around this and we will update this page in the coming days with further information.
13th July 2020 - We have released a new VAT Code Bulk Update tool to help with the pending VAT change. It can be accessed from:
Settings -> Configuration -> Payments & Tax -> Tax Codes
A link will also automatically appear on the Dashboard on the 14th & 15th July.
It's possible to setup the voucher scheme using our advanced discounting rules. A guide will follow.
