Introduction


You can edit a completed sale whilst the Cash Drawer Session it was completed under is still open.


Information: To make adjustments once the Cash Drawer Session has been closed you will need to refund the sale and then process a new sale. This is to keep a complete audit trail of the transactions.


Edit a Completed Sale (Cash Drawer Session still open)


Within the VestiPOS iPad App:


  1. Sign on and navigate to: Menu -> Sales List
  2. Select the sale you wish to edit
  3. Tap the Edit button
  4. Adjust the sale as required
