Creating a Stock Count
A stock count is based on the stock component on hand values when the count is created. You should not process any sales between creating a stock count and committing it.- Navigate to: Stock Management -> Counts.
- Click on the "+ New Stock Count" button in the top right of the screen.|
- Select the Location where the count is for.
- Select the Audit Group that the count is for.
- Set the Type field to "Stock Count".
- Press the "Create Stock Count..." button.
- Enter the amount of items you physically have in the Actual column for each row.
