Overview

You can add a note to an item to print on an Order Slip. For example in a hospitality environment, you may add a message such as "no mayonnaise". Quick Notes allow you to configure frequent messages to save you having to repeatedly type them.

Creating a Quick Note

  1. Navigate to: Settings -> Hospitality -> Quick Notes.
  2. Click the "+ Add new" button.


  3. Enter your quick note. E.g. "No Mayo".


  4. Press the "Save..." button.

Editing a Quick Note

  1. Navigate to: Settings -> Hospitality -> Quick Notes.
  2. Click the edit button alongside the note you wish to edit.


  3. Update your Quick Note text as required.


  4. Press the "Save..." button.

Deleting a Quick Note

  1. Navigate to: Settings -> Hospitality -> Quick Notes.
  2. Click the delete button alongside the note you wish to remove.


  3. Click the 'Yes' button in the deletion confirmation popup.


Adding a Quick Note to an Item

  1. From the sales screen swipe from right to left on the item you wish to add a note to.
  2. Tap the "Notes" button
  3. Tap the Quick Note you wish to add.
  4. You can select multiple Quick Notes if required.
  5. Tap the "Save" button
  6. The Quick Note will now print on your order slip.
