Security is extremely important to us here at VestiPOS. From time to time we may need to access your account to help with certain issues, such as training or account specific support questions. In these situations, you will need to provide us with a unique 'Support Pin' to allow us to verify your account and/or access your data. VestiPOS will never ask for your login credentials.When logged in to the web based portal you will be able to view your unique support PIN by clicking on your name in the top menu bar:Once a PIN has been used, it will remain valid for a period of time to allow our team the appropriate time to resolve the query. After this time has elapsed a new PIN will be generated.
